Grand Chef Michelle De La Cruz has called for the Spring Grandes Cheminot Meeting to be held Saturday and Sunday, February 15 & 16,  2025 at American Legion Yolo Post 77, 523 Bush St, Woodland, CA 95695, hosted by SACRAMENTO Voiture 268.

Tentative Agenda ALL MEETINGS will be at American Legion Yolo Post 77
  0900 Grand Officers & Directeurs meet with Grand Chef Michelle De La Cruz
  0945 Grand Membership Directeur Joe Donovan Membership Meeting
  1015 Grand Conducteur Timothy Gilbert & Means Meeting
  1045 Grand Committee Meetings chaired by Grand Directeurs in the following order:
 (Maybe)  Americanism, Carville Star, Child Welfare, Locomotive & Box Car, Nurses Training, POW/MIA, Public Relations, Ritual, Special Awards, VAVS, Voiture Activities, Youth Sports, Constitution & By-Laws, Time & Place, Trophy, and Budget & Finance Committee.

  We will break for lunch around 1130.   Lunch will be available at the Yolo Post .  We will get back with the meetings where we left off at 1300.  We will entertain any other’s that desire to meet for the good of the Grande Voiture.

1600 Or perhaps sooner, conclude Committee Meetings (if they’re done) and get to the Candidates Hospitality.   Location to be announced.

SATURDAY  evening 1800 (that’s 6:00 for civilians)
